01 / Engagement Framework
These Terms and Conditions govern all custom software engineering projects, system integrations, hardware automation configurations, and technical consulting delivered by DART Solutions to clients globally and across India.
02 / 100% Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon settlement of milestone contract invoices, client receives full intellectual property rights, database ownership, and complete source code access for bespoke custom modules. DART Solutions does not charge recurring per-user software licensing rent.
03 / Project Milestones & Acceptance
Projects are executed based on a detailed System Architecture Blueprint outlining milestones: Architecture & Database Schema, Functional Module Delivery, Hardware Serial & IoT Integration, and Final User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
04 / Warranty & SLA Support
All custom deployments include standard 90-day post-launch warranty against functional discrepancies and edge bugs. Ongoing lifetime SLA support agreements cover cloud updates, database optimization, and priority on-site training.
05 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from engineering contracts shall be governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India, with jurisdiction in local courts.
